Have a Look at The Picture Closely…
The picture on this blog are of some strawberries and cherries I bought today to show you something really rather scary…
Do you see the shiny residue stuff on the top of the water? (In the middle of the picture you can see it best).
That’s the toxic crap sprayed on our crops. Pesticides (insect repellents/killers). Herbicides (weed killers), and goodness knows what else (but it sure ain’t ‘goodness’!).
The herbicide most commonly used (globally), is called glyphosate – trade name ‘Roundup’. And let me tell you, it has absolutely insidious effects that are far reaching for our health and our environment.
(BTW, I soak all my veg and fruit with edible skins in a 1:3 vinegar to water solution for at least 10 minutes…and in the case of the fruit in this picture? I had to soak, rinse and repeat FIVE TIMES before the water was clear).

Think about it…
Rain and spraying water on these crops doesn’t rinse this stuff off – it is designed to stick! Remember that the next time you run an apple under the water for 20 seconds…because’ it ain’t gonna cut it!
Obviously, the ultimate goal is to try to buy organic (or grow your own food)…but let’s face it – that’s not always an option for many people, based on price and of course, availability.
Not Just Fruits & Veg…
You know your gluten intolerance or even celiac disease? And if you’re not struggling with this, I bet you know others who are…And how this has become such a huge, widespread issue?
Well, would you find it interesting to know that people who have a gluten intolerance and have eaten pasta in Italy, haven’t had any negative effects?
That’s because IT’S NOT THE GLUTEN – IT’S THE GLYPHOSATE. Or, how people can eat say pasta made at home with no symptoms, yet when they have a roll in a restaurant they are in agony? IT’S THE GLYPHOSATE.

The reason why people haven’t had symptoms related to their gluten intolerance/celiac’s in Italy? Because glyphosate is banned there…they know how toxic this stuff really is! (And care enough about their citizens to say ‘no’…unfortunately, that isn’t the case with many other countries!).
Because, guess what? Not only is glyphosate used as a herbicide…it is also sprayed on the crops at harvest time to make it DRY FASTER.
Wheat harvest protocol in the USA, Canada and elsewhere is to use Roundup on their fields by drenching them with this toxic chemical several days before harvesting, as it means that the farmers can harvest faster, easier and also gain a bigger harvest. SCARY.
This has been going on since 1980 and has become routine as a dessicant (drying agent) on all sorts of crops…not just wheat.
Dr Stephanie Seneff, from MIT has done a huge amount of research into this. She explains that when wheat is exposed to the toxic chemical glyphosate, it actually releases more seeds, which ultimately means achieving a greater yield. As the wheat dries off and dies, it goes to seed. In other words, the farmers get a bigger bang for their buck. (And Big Pharma does, too…as it continues to make us more and more ill…).
We’re Paying to be Poisoned…
Monsanto, makers of the already highly concerning GMO (genetically modified organisms aka your crops from potatoes to tomatoes to soy and everything in between), also make Roundup. So basically, we’re getting a double-whammy of highly carcinogenic foods, disguised as ‘healthy’ fruits & veg (and wheat, barley, soy, rye, oats…). Oh, and don’t forget, our ‘food’s food’ (aka livestock, poultry) are eating this stuff as well…not to mention getting pumped full of antibiotics, growth hormones and on it goes. Yes. It is endless. And scary.

It Gets Even Worse!!!
Monsanto and Bayer (yes, as in Bayer Pharmaceutical), are getting ready to go into an absolutely diabolical $66 billion merger that will control our food from seed to plate.
Genetically altered, and covered in chemicals. You can read an account of how toxic GMO plants are – written by a plant biologist here. One word. SCARY. And their monopoly covers over 1/3 of all food crops – globally.
So take the already toxic, screwed around with foods (and oh, by the way, many aren’t even labelled as GMO, so you won’t even see this on the ingredients list) and go into business with Big Pharma…
So. Effectively this means they have a nose to tail corruption monopoly of making us sick, or better yet, killing us – and treating us with drugs (that are in many cases not actually improving our health).
And guess what? You get to pay for it!!!! With your money – and your life! Excellent…!
How Can This Be Allowed?
One word folks. Money. Well, two words actually. Money – and corruption. Make that three words…Greed. Money. Corruption and greed. The trifecta of global corporation power.
Monsanto has lobbied widely and even filed lawsuits to prohibit labelling of GMO products and bury the World Health Organization’s report listing glyphosate as a probable carcinogen (cancer causing).
Not surprising, really. Money and corruption is what is running our world – and our health.
This is a monopoly marriage made in hell. No wonder we’re dealing with epidemics like never seen before – from cancer to obesity, diabetes to fibromyalgia and CFS…that’s the plan!!!! Our illness = profit. Plain and simple.
Ultimately, we’re dealing with being poisoned here. And guess what? It’s no secret! And we’re paying for it…literally. Buying this food with our hard-earned money…and paying for it with our health and our lives.
Roundup is Rounding Us Up!
If you think that your government and FDA is protecting you from this nightmare? Think again…!
The concerning health risks regarding this herbicide is astounding, however, considering the huge impact that this has on our global food chain (read the GREED that is in place – and the corruption, regarding our food), it is hardly surprising that there is a huge amount of questionable activity going on with the EPA, federal regulators and Monsanto.
And glyphosate isn’t the only thing sprayed on your crops either! Then there’s the fact that they are most likely genetically modified (GMO) as mentioned above, which opens a whole other can of (toxic) worms…
15 Health Problems Linked to Roundup
In the nearly 20 years of intensifying exposure, scientists have been documenting the health consequences of Roundup and glyphosate in our food, in the water we drink, in the air we breathe and where our children play.
They’ve found that people who are sick have higher levels of glyphosate in their bodies than healthy people.
They’ve also found the following health problems which they attribute to exposure to Roundup and/or glyphosate:
Anencephaly (birth defect
Chronic kidney disease
Inflammatory Bowl Disease (“Leaky Gut Syndrome”)
Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS)

What to Do:

- Soak veg and fruit in a 1:3 vinegar and water solution for at least 10 minutes (good to do even if you are using organic, as it helps reduce e.coli, kills parasites etc)
- Invest in your health now and with preventative care. The thing that you need to take on board is that yep, you have been able to SEE the toxic crud on these fruits…but the scary part? This is just the tip of the iceberg regarding how tampering with everything is making us ill. Plastics (BPA/phthalates – hormone disruptors that are in everything from food containers to your car and carpets – not to mention kid’s toy’s, baby’s bottles and even plastic wrap on your organic foods!), toxic chemicals in your body care products (the average woman is subjected to 515 toxic chemicals in their daily body care products…A DAY)…
No wonder we’re so sick!!! We’re toxic…
